Product Overview

The YB□-12/0.4 prefabricated substation is used in 10kV ring main power supply, dual power supply, or terminal power supply systems, serving as a complete set of devices for power transformation, distribution metering, compensation, control, and protection. The interior of the substation consists of three parts: the high-voltage room, the transformer room, and the low-voltage room. The high-voltage room can be equipped with a high-voltage switch cabinet or GIS cabinet to control and protect the transformer; the transformer room can be equipped with oil-type transformers or dry-type transformers to convert high voltage to low voltage; the low-voltage side can be equipped with control electrical appliances, distribution electrical appliances, compensation devices, and metering instruments according to user requirements. The entire product features small size, easy installation, low noise, low loss, full protection, simple maintenance, and high cost performance.

Main purposes

It is suitable for industrial and domestic cable ring networks and power supply terminal projects. It is used in urban high-rise buildings, urban and rural buildings, residential areas, high-tech development zones, small and medium-sized factories, mines, oil fields, and temporary construction power supply sites, serving as a means to receive and distribute electrical energy in the power distribution system.

Product Features

* Sealed, fully insulated structure, small size, compact design, only about 1/2 the size of a European-style box transformer of the same capacity, eliminating the need for insulation distance;

·Suitable for both ring network and terminal power supply modes, the cable connectors can be plugged and unplugged multiple times under a load current of 200A;

The full-range protection method, where an oil-immersed transformer is connected in series with a backup fuse, significantly reduces operating costs;

The box body adopts anti-corrosion design and special painting treatment, making it suitable for various harsh environments;

·Using Dynll connection method, it has advantages such as low noise and good lightning protection performance;

· Install an intelligent undervoltage controller on the low-voltage side to cut off the power supply and ensure power supply safety in case of abnormal voltage on the low-voltage busbar;

* Equipped with a phase loss protection device, it can automatically disconnect the low-voltage side circuit breaker (main switch) in case of phase loss, thereby preventing non-full-phase operation of three-phase power utilization
