Product Overview

GCK type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is widely used in power distribution centers (PC) and motor control centers (MCC) of power plants, substations, factories, mines, enterprises, and high-rise buildings. It serves as a low-voltage complete power distribution unit for distribution, centralized motor control, and reactive power compensation in power generation and supply systems with an AC frequency of 50-60Hz, a rated working voltage of 660V or less, and a rated current of 4000A or less.

Main purposes

The GCK type low-voltage draw-out switchgear produced by our company is a modular low-voltage complete switchgear equipment with international advanced level, which is used in three-phase distribution systems with an AC frequency of 50Hz and a rated working voltage of 660V or below. It is used for power receiving, feeding, lighting, motor control, and reactive power compensation in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and high-rise buildings.

Product Features

The main frame is made of C-shaped steel, featuring a standard modular design with a modulus of 25mm. The components are highly interchangeable, allowing for flexible and convenient internal installation;

·The cabinet design fully considers the heat dissipation issue during operation. Different numbers of cooling slots are provided on both the top and bottom of the cabinet, forming a natural ventilation channel from the bottom up within the enclosed cabinet to achieve heat dissipation;

The functional chambers of the device are isolated from each other, and they are divided into functional unit chambers, busbar chambers, and cable chambers, each with a relatively independent function;

The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when necessary, facilitating the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. Lifting rings are installed at the four corners of the cabinet top for lifting and transportation;

· Equipped with locking function, automatic switching function, and maintenance status function;

·Supports multiple operating modes (optional);

· Equipped with communication function: The system can be equipped with RS485 or RS232 communication interfaces, supporting MODBUS communication protocol (optional);

· Equipped with intelligent monitoring function (optional).
