The MTS-12□ fully insulated and sealed gas-filled metal switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the "gas cabinet") is a new type of medium-voltage ring main unit developed by our company based on advanced foreign technologies. It utilizes fully automatic laser cutting machines, CNC sheet metal processing centers, fully automatic welding machines, SF6 gas automatic maintenance equipment, various advanced testing instruments, and a supporting advanced flexible assembly production line. Additionally, CAD, CAM, and other systems are employed to control the company's production and management, effectively ensuring the high quality and reliability of the ring main switchgear.
Main purposes
This gas-filled cabinet is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage 12kV power distribution equipment. It is widely used in processing industries, civilian cable ring networks, and power supply terminals. It is particularly suitable for small secondary distribution stations, switching stations, industrial and mining enterprises, urban residential areas, airports, railways, tunnels, high-rise buildings, and other power systems for receiving and distributing electrical energy.
Product Features
The MTS-12□ gas-filled cabinet utilizes SF6 gas as the arc-extinguishing and insulating medium. The switch cabinet features a fully sealed and fully insulated structure. The cavity is filled with SF6 gas at an absolute pressure of 1.4 bar, achieving a protection level of IP67. The switchgear is completely unaffected by external environmental conditions, ensuring normal operation even under extreme conditions such as short-term water immersion;
The switch cabinet is equipped with a comprehensive "five-prevention" interlocking device to prevent personnel and equipment malfunctions that may arise from human misoperations;
Therefore, the switch cabinet is equipped with a reliable safety pressure relief channel, which can ensure the personal safety of personnel even in extreme situations;
· Switch cabinets typically have front-access wiring, but can also be configured for side-outlet or side-expansion depending on different installation locations;
The switch cabinet can be equipped with electric, remote control, and monitoring devices according to different user needs.
