Product Overview

The LNV-V-12kV environmentally friendly gas-sealed switchgear has all live parts and the entire switchgear enclosed in a stainless steel housing filled with dry air or N2. It features an upper isolating switch solution that meets the requirements of the State Grid and a lower isolating switch that meets the requirements of the Southern Power Grid. This switchgear is not affected by external environmental conditions, fully ensuring operational reliability and safety, thus ensuring maintenance-free operation.

Main purposes

It is suitable for use in three-phase AC 50Hz distribution systems with a rated voltage of 12kV, and plays a role in the distribution, control, and protection of electric energy in the power system. As a ring network and terminal power supply equipment, it is widely used in the tapping, sectioning, and multi-source point connection of cable networks. It is suitable for the control and connection of incoming and outgoing lines in urban underground cable ring networks, as well as in overhead line hybrid networks. It can also be used in compact box-type substations, cable branch boxes, switching stations, wind power stations, small factories, subways and tunnels, residential power distribution, commercial (shopping) centers, hotels, factory power supply, ports, airports, etc.

Product Features

Environmental protection: The product does not use any harmful gases or greenhouse gases. Over 95% of the materials used are environmentally friendly and recyclable, and the proportion of epoxy resin components is less than 5%;

Reliability and Safety: The conductive parts of the main circuit are sealed in dry air or N2 gas, and the high-voltage live conductors are enclosed, which are not affected by changes in external environmental conditions. It can be used in harsh environments, ensuring long-term safe operation of the equipment, high reliability, and no risk of electric shock or fire. The airtightness is good, and it can operate without air replenishment for up to 30 years;

·Maintenance-free: High-voltage components are sealed with gas or enclosed with metal, ensuring no rust or corrosion of parts, long electrical life, and stable performance.
