The HXGN□-12 enclosed ring main switchgear (referred to as the ring main unit, RMU), is a new type of high-voltage switchgear designed and manufactured by our company to meet the needs of urban power grid transformation and construction. It can be used in the power supply system to interrupt load currents and short-circuit currents, as well as to make and break short-circuit currents. The cabinet is equipped with a vacuum load switch, and the operating mechanism is a spring-actuated mechanism that can be manually or electrically operated. The grounding switch is equipped with a manual operating mechanism. This RMU features a simple mechanism, convenient operation, strong completeness, small size, no combustion and explosion hazards, and reliable "five-prevention" functions.
Main purposes
It is suitable for use in a 50Hz, 10kV network for load breaking, short-circuit protection, and short-circuit current making. This ring main unit is equipped with manual and electric spring mechanisms for operating the load switch, and manual operating mechanisms for the grounding switch and disconnecting switch.
Product Features
The ring main unit utilizes FZN-type high-voltage vacuum load switches or VS1 circuit breakers to interrupt fault and overload currents with vacuum switches. The switchgear comprises load switches or disconnectors, vacuum circuit breakers, and earthing switches, which are interlocked with the cabinet door according to a specific procedure to effectively prevent misoperations;
·Vacuum switchgear, equipped with an electric spring energy storage operating mechanism, can achieve rapid closing and opening operations, and can be equipped with certain protective relays according to user requirements;
·Fuse combination electrical cabinet, with a fuse tube equipped with a striker. In case of a short circuit, the striker strikes the trip mechanism to achieve rapid disconnection, effectively protecting electrical equipment. The main scheme consists of an incoming cabinet and an outgoing cabinet.
