Product Overview

The KYN28A-12 mid-mounted armored metal enclosed switchgear equipment is primarily characterized by a metal enclosed armored withdrawable structural design for the frame. The cabinet is equipped with new-type enterprise insulation vacuum circuit breakers or sulfur hexaoxide circuit breakers. The cabinet body adopts an assembled structure, which gives the product an aesthetic appearance, improves the fitting accuracy between the handcart and the cabinet body, enables rapid production organization and assembly, timely delivery, increases the utilization rate of the floor space required for assembly, and facilitates batch production. It allows for closed-door operation, and all normal operations of the switchgear, including circuit breaker opening and closing, pushing the circuit breaker handcart to the working position and withdrawing it to the testing/isolation position, as well as closing the grounding switch, can be carried out with the high-voltage compartment door closed. This product complies with the standards of GB3906 "3.6KV-40.5KV AC Metal Enclosed Switchgear and Control Equipment" and IEC-298 "1-52KV AC Metal Enclosed Switchgear and Control Equipment".

Main purposes

It is suitable for distribution equipment operating on three-phase AC 50Hz with a rated voltage of 12kV. It is widely used in the processing industry, civilian cable ring networks, and power supply terminals. Each functional compartment is enclosed and isolated from each other, with a protection level of IP20 between compartments and a shell protection level of IP40. The switch cabinet is divided into a busbar compartment, a cable compartment, a handcart compartment, and an instrument control compartment;

The main circuit breaker is equipped with high-quality vacuum circuit breakers such as VS1 and VD4, both domestic and international brands. It features comprehensive five-prevention interlocking, ensuring safe and convenient operation, and provides complete primary and secondary display.
