The DFW□-12 cable distribution box (switching station) is suitable for use in 10kV~24kV cable ring network power supply or terminal power supply systems, serving the purpose of receiving and distributing electric energy. The DFW-12 high-voltage cable distribution box is equipped with flood-resistant and detachable cable terminals, featuring full insulation, full sealing, dust resistance, corrosion resistance, and maintenance-free capabilities. Its simple, convenient, and flexible connection and combination methods, as well as its economical, reliable, and durable structural characteristics, make it the preferred equipment for distribution network cableization projects.

Main purposes

It is suitable for use in AC 50Hz, 10kV power systems and is widely applied in industrial and residential cable ring networks and power supply terminals. It can fully meet the constantly changing market demands. It is particularly suitable for the protection and control of electrical equipment in the following places: urban residential area distribution, small secondary substations, switching stations, industrial and mining enterprises, shopping malls, airports, subways, wind power generation, small and medium-sized power plants, hospitals, stadiums, railways, tunnels, etc.

Product Features

·Adopting a fully insulated and sealed silicone rubber electrical connector, it can terminate up to eight branch cables and is equipped with a live display tool and a pneumatic support rod;

·Both live touchable and live non-touchable detachable cable terminals are available for selection;

Outdoor box: It is welded and formed using 2.5mm thick stainless steel plates, and the exterior is divided into mirror or sandblasted surfaces according to user requirements, with a coating of either camel gray or environmentally friendly green;

·Internal frame: It is welded with steel plates and profiles and undergoes overall hot-dip galvanizing treatment. The load switch and the connectors for incoming and outgoing cables are fixed on the cabinet frame, and the entire assembly is installed inside an outdoor box. The operating mechanism room and the cable inlet and outlet rooms are fully enclosed chambers;

Cable entry room: Equipped with touchable shielded silicone rubber cable connectors and live display devices;

Cable outlet room: Assemble a corresponding number of cable connectors and cable fixing racks according to the number of outlet branches;

· Equipped with an electricity display; can be equipped with a short-circuit fault indicator; can be equipped with a lightning arrester; can be installed with an anti-theft lock
